At La Cocina de Mama, family is at the heart of everything we do. Owners Miguel Santana and Maria Santana built this restaurant with hard work, dedication, and love. From the very beginning, they faced many challenges — working side by side as servers, cooks, and managers — always determined to bring their dream to life.
Through perseverance and teamwork, Miguel and Maria transformed those challenges into opportunities. Today, they proudly share their culinary roots with the Estes Park community and the many visitors who come year after year to enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains.
